Don’t be fooled, this programming isn’t easy. You’ll still perform functional movements at varied intensity levels, but you will be using equipment and movement patterns better suited for your goals and abilities. Our Burn classes provide members with the perfect opportunity to focus on improving their cardiovascular fitness, while providing the same accountability and community atmosphere as our regular CrossFit Group classes.
