Our HIIT style class provides participants with workouts that are ever-changing so you’ll never get bored! The “Ladies Only” aspect of this program ensures an encouraging and more relaxed environment! Our ladies only classes are perfect for women who are just beginning their fitness journey as well as veteran fitness queens who prefer barbell-free workouts!
Don’t be fooled, this programming isn’t easy. You’ll still perform functional movements at varied intensity levels, but you will be using equipment, movement patterns, and time domains better suited for your goals and abilities. This program provides women with the perfect opportunity to focus on improving their cardiovascular fitness, while also providing the same accountability and supportive community atmosphere that so many find in our regular CrossFit Group classes.
