Mom’s Class, as we lovingly refer to our time together in (and even out of the gym!) is specifically for any woman who is pregnant or postpartum and looking to move safely and effectively in their current portion of their motherhood journey. BirthFit pillars and movements are used to ensure quality dynamics happen during your time in class. Every single athlete is treated as an INDIVIDUAL and movements are assessed each time for safety and efficacy instead of placing a blanket statement of do’s and don’ts at the onset of your journey. Honest communication between coach and athlete is so important during this time and we really strive to create an environment where every athlete, whether advanced or new, feels like they are being coached to THEIR level of practice. We focus on breathing, safe movement, nutrition and anything else the athlete feels would benefit them in their process.
