Then 30 Sec of each of the following

Wall Ball Squats

Push Up to Down Dog

Child Pose on WB

Wall Ball Reverse Lunge

PigeonStretch(30 Sec each Side)

Wall Ball V-ups

Child Pose to Cobra

Sidelying Trunk Stretch

Med Ball Deadlift and Shoulder Shrug

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds:

1 Minute Row

1 Minute Medicine Ball Squat Cleans (20/14)

1 Minute AbMat Sit-ups

1 Minute Rest
Athletes should aim for similar numbers each round.
