Sooooooo, you may already know that we did a thing on Saturday.

We had our first ever Yoga class at ASF!  Erika Hoelscher led some of us in a FANTASTIC flow of Vinyasa.  We have TWO more chances to get into one of the FREE classes with Erika THIS WEEK!  Monday evening at 6:30pm and Tuesday morning at 0930!
