Why did you get into CrossFit?

I have always been active. I was going through a divorce and looking to get rid of stress and make new friends. I like pushing myself to see what I can do at my age. It’s always fun to make some goals and achieve them.

Why did you become a trainer?

I love learning new things. I love working out and helping people become better.

Deadlift
