What year did you start CrossFit?
Why did you get into CrossFit?
I started CF to lose weight after having two kids. I fell in love with the friendly competitive atmosphere and the community. I saw so much positive change mentally and physically that I became a student of the methodology. The rest is history.
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer because I genuinely believe in the power of functionality and capability. I was tired of exercising with what seemed like no purpose with little result. I wanted to help people have the same life changing experience I had through a great CF regimen.
What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?
Bahahaha! I do love me some thrusters and burpees.
What is your favorite cheat food?
TexMex and any HOMEMADE dessert. I typically want to know who made it to know if it is worth falling off the wagon for!
What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
She-Hulk or Captain Marvel (I literally had to look up a list of superhero’s and spent waaaaay too much time on this.) 😉
