Why did you get into CrossFit?

Bc it was outside of my comfort zone which challenged me then as it does today

Why did you become a trainer?

I enjoy coaching and seeing the success of others, I truly enjoy seeing their faces light up in those ah-ha moments

What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?

Wallballs/hspu/and yes thrusters

What is your favorite cheat food?

Errything but mainly wine

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

My husband, my soldier…or Thor
