Why did you get into CrossFit?

I had recently lost weight and wanted to try something different to take my Fitness up a notch. And my husband had nagged me about it for years!

Why did you become a trainer?

CrossFit made such an impact on my life, I wanted the opportunity to share it with others, and I wanted to be a part of a motivated coaching team.

What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?

Hang snatch

What is your favorite cheat food?

Cheeseburgers!

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Wonder Woman. Duh. She’s strong and fearless – and she doesn’t let the fact that she’s a woman define what she can do
