What year did you start CrossFit?

Why did you get into CrossFit?

I had a shoulder surgery in 2010 and physical therapy wasn’t going well, so I started rehabbing myself with CrossFit.

Why did you become a trainer?

I’m a physical therapist for the army, so my whole job is looking at and diagnosing movement. It’s nice to do it in this setting where you can see such immediate improvements in people with good coaching- I️ don’t always get that same interaction with patients during my day job.

What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?

Rope climbs

What is your favorite cheat food?

Wine… but is it a cheat if I never actually restrict myself from it?

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Wonder Woman… can hold her own and look good doing it
