What year did you start CrossFit?

2011

Why did you get into CrossFit?

I was curious what CrossFit was, then when I got involved the former athlete in me became addicted to the friendly competition of it. The fact that I wasn’t doing the same thing over and over in the gym was nice too!

Why did you become a trainer?

Because Reagan needed trainers and she thought I might be good at it…I knew volleyball very well and felt comfortable only coaching volleyball. So to train people in something I was just becoming familiar with was a little scary. But Reagan was an awesome coach and motivator and friend…well here I still am since taking my Level 1 in 2012.

What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?

Cleans, any kind of clean

What is your favorite cheat food?

frozen yogurt w/toppings

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

wonder woman…duh
