Why did you get into CrossFit?

I wanted to improve my overall shape and started getting into CrossFit at a military course to better prepare for my job responsibilities and improve my overall health.

Why did you become a trainer?

To help people, after doing CrossFit for a short time I found out I like learning about how we move and work. That along with wanting to help people got me into training.

Snatch

What is your favorite cheat food?

Beer

Don’t have one, I think everyone can be super in their own way
