Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rds of the following(1 min clock)

10 air squats with 2 sec pause at bottom( remained of time in samson lunge)

10 cossack squats( can hold DB or KB if full depth

10 BB push press(use remained of time to alt elbow driving up to ceiling


Squat Clean (10 x 3)

3 cleans on the top of every minute for ten minutes.

Ascending weight.


Metcon (Weight)

Every two minutes for 20 minutes:

10 Thrusters

Choose a thruster weight that allows you to get 10 Thrusters within 45 seconds.
